There are two Calendars

• The View-Only Calendar shows here.  You use a link to get to the "Add Dates" Calendar 

• Go to "Do It Yourself" to learn How to use a Spreadsheet Calendar and for the "Add Dates" button

Adding Dates (or changing dates):

• Easiest:  Text or email Randy at 925-487-7078 or  RandyHaber@gmail.com 

• Harder:  read "Do It Yourself" and use the Update Link there.   The hard part is that this is a spreadsheet calendar which is tricky to work with (unless you understand spreadsheets)

Traditions and Rules

1. Senior Owners, the LLC Named Members, talk to each other about their vacation plans and the plans of everyone in their family clan.  

2. Senior Owners work out vacation problems.  Senior Owners can approve or disapprove any family member's plans.

3. The Weeks of Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day are Shared Group Vacation Weeks that often include Work Parties.

4. Vacations are scheduled early in the season for One Week so that everyone has a chance for the best dates.  

5. By agreement, vacations can be extended to two weeks if in non-busy times and all affected families agree.

6. Family reunions can ask to use the entire cabin during non-busy times as long as all families are notified and agree.  

7. The four Family Representatives can change these rules as needed.
